When you are not satisfied with the products you bought, you can return them within 14 days. Details about this are described in the General terms and conditions. Be aware that the condition of the product will be examined carefully before a refund is considered.

Please make sure you send the product well packaged and in a sturdy package. Make sure the product cannot move around in the package during transport. We advise people to take a picture of how it was packaged before sending it. Make sure you choose a reliable shipping provider, we are not responsible for a return shipment that gets lost or damaged.
When we receive your returned products, you will be informed. In case of a refund, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we recieve the package. (Be aware: costs of return and shipping costs are not refunded).
